Daily Workouts combines the AB, ARM, BUTT, CARDIO and LEG apps. It also features full body, custom and random workouts. Any new workouts will be available through this app via in-app purchase. Pilates, stretch, kettlebell and ball workouts are now available as in-app purchases!
